PE and Sport at Brown's

At Brown's , we are giving our children every opportunity to try a variety of new sports as well as the ones they already know and love. We subscribe to the 'Outreach' programme run by Carre's Grammar School, meaning we take part in even more sporting competitions, including several for our KS1 children too. Our pupils are always delighted to be asked to represent the school and it really does raise the profile of sport/exercise as a key ingredient of an active,  healthy lifestyle. Take a look at some of the things we've been doing recently.

We use a PE Curriculum which encourages skills development across a wide range of sports.

We had an amazing time at Tri-Golf. We finished 2nd out of 23 teams.

Having fun at the hockey tournament.

Our Goalball team made it to the semi finals of the Lincolnshire Central Event.

Getting creative at the dance festival.

Trying out Basketball.

We took on new challenges in the rowing competition.

We had great fun at the netball tournament. For some of us it was the first time we had ever played a match.
