School gates open for registration/morning activities From Sept 2023 - Children will enter the main gates and walk to their classroom doors. Children in Reception can be accompanied by their adult to the classroom for the first week of school. Why have we made this change? This allows a brisk start to the day and will maximise learning time, allowing children to settle into school quickly and ensure that staff are available for face to face teaching straight away each morning. |
| 08.50 | School gates close - any pupils arriving at school after 08.50am will need to be accompanied to the school office and signed in. |
| 09.00 - 10.40 | Phonics/Whole Class Reading/English/Maths |
| 10.40 - 11.00 | Morning Break |
| 11.00 - 12.00 | Phonics/Whole Class Reading/English/Maths |
| 12.00 - 13.00 | Lunchtime |
| 13.00 - 15.15 | Wider Curriculum Lessons |
| 15:10 | School gates open for parents to gather on the playground. |
| 15:15 | End of the School Day - Children will leave via their class entrances/exits to meet their parents on the playground. |
| 15.15 - 17.30 | Brown's Explorers After School Club - children are to be collected and signed out from the Hall, via the Main Entrance |
